The Blue Sage Annual Carnival is one of our biggest fundraisers for the year where we gather for an evening of fun. You can expect:

All are welcome! This includes current, incoming, and former students. Additionally, we invite staff,  their families, and extended family/friends to attend.

Bonus neighborhood kids? Cousins in town? Stranger you just met? They’re welcome, too!

Presale will be between April 15th-May 4th exclusively here on the BSE PTO Website.

• Presale Admission Fees: $15 per child. Adults and children 2 and under are free.
• Day of Event Admission Fees (or anytime after May 5th): $25 per child. Adults and children 2 and under are free.

Food trucks will be available onsite along with snacks for sale by PTO.

All payments will accepted via QR Code. Food trucks will take either cash or card.

Come hungry because we will have four food trucks on hand for dinner and snacks on sale by the PTO as well. The concession stand will have popcorn, cotton candy, pizza and bottled water (while supplies lasts).

This year we will be offering both a silent auction and raffle drawing. Raffle drawing includes an G-Force Gaming Chair, Kids Ride-on Truck and Jeep, X-Box Series S, Electric Scooter, and more! Follow updates on our Facebook page or Website on items you can win! 

Please write your name and phone number on the back of each ticket. We will draw winners at 7:45 PM and contact you if your name is drawn!

Nope! If you know someone at Blue Sage and want to buy raffle tickets to try to win a prize, simply put their name as the person receiving your raffle tickets on the checkout form.

They can collect your raffle tickets on the day of the event on your behalf.

We will post the winning numbers on our Facebook page if you’re unable to claim the night of the Carnival.

We will have an event the night of Tuesday, May 7th and Thursday, May 9th for pickup or you can grab them at the night of the Carnival at the Check In table.

• Monday, May 6th @ Blue Sage Elementary from 2:45 PM – 5:45 PM outside of the front doors of the school.
• Thursday, May 9th @ 2014 S. 212th Street, Elkhorn, NE from 4 PM – 6 PM.
