2023 Carnival Information

Silent Auction will run from May 1st at 8 AM – May 12th at 7:30 PM.


This is a fun little competition during carnival week to raise money. This year, the proceeds will go towards a marquee to be placed in front of the school!

Monday, May 8th-Pennies
Tuesday, May 9th-Nickels
Wednesday, May 10th-Dimes
Thursday, May 11th-Quarters
Friday, May 12th-any coins or dollars


Winning 2 Classrooms Will Win Gum Day!


When and Where is the Carnival?

Friday, May 12th from 5:30-8:00 PM at Blue Sage Elementary.

The Blue Sage Annual Carnival is our biggest fundraiser for the year where we gather for an evening of fun. You can expect:

  • Bounce Houses
  • Petting Zoo
  • Carnival Games
  • Face Painting
  • Balloon Artist
  • Raffle Items
  • Food Trucks
  • Dance Party
  • Silent Auction
  • Prizes & More

Please note, if inclement weather requires a date change, we are unable to provide refunds.

Who can come to the Carnival?

All are welcome! This includes current, incoming, and former students. Additionally, we invite staff,  their families, and extended family/friends to attend.

Bonus neighborhood kids? Cousins in town? Stranger you just met? They’re welcome, too!

How much are tickets and food?

Presale will be between April 17th-May 5th exclusively here on the BSE PTO Website.

  • Presale Admission Fees: $20 per child. Adults and children 2 and under are free.
  • Day of Event Admission Fees (or anytime after May 5th): $25 per child. Adults and children 2 and under are free.

Food trucks will be available onsite along with snacks for sale by PTO.

All payments will accepted via QR Code.

What Food and Snack Items will be available?

Come hungry because we will have four food trucks on hand for dinner and snacks on sale by the PTO as well. Buy pre-sale popcorn or bottled water on the website ahead of the event.

REMEMBER: Many of the food trucks take cash only. 

What are the Raffle Items and/or Silent Auction Items?

This year we will be offering both a silent auction and raffle drawing. Raffle drawing includes an Oculus VR Headset, Ford F-150 Powerwheels, Zoom bikes, $400 Omaha Sports and Game Place gift card, and more! Raffle tickets can only be used for the raffle items. Follow updates on our Facebook page or Website on items you can win! 

Please write your name and phone number on the back of each ticket. We will draw winners at 7:45 PM and contact you if your name is drawn!

Do my kids have to attend Blue Sage and/or be present to win the raffle?

Nope! If you know someone at Blue Sage and want to buy raffle tickets to try to win a prize, simply put their name as the person receiving your raffle tickets on the checkout form.

They can collect your raffle tickets on the day of the event on your behalf.

We will post the winning numbers on our Facebook page if you’re unable to claim the night of the Carnival.

Where do I pick up Presale orders?

We will have an event the night of Tuesday, May 9th and Thursday, May 11th for pickup or you can grab them at the night of the Carnival at the Check In table.

  • Tuesday, May 9th @ Blue Sage Elementary from 2:45 PM – 6 PM outside of the front doors of the school.
  • Thursday, May 11th @ 2014 S. 212th Street, Elkhorn, NE from 3 PM – 6 PM.
